You can find your Bra Size by the measurement charts below, or you also can use the following method in order to find your bra size (recommended only for the US products): - 1. Band Size- measure around the rib cage just beneath the breasts. Keep the tape snug and straight around the back. Suggested band size based on back measurements will be as follows:
- 27" - 29" suggest 32 band
- 29" - 32" suggest 34 band
- 33" - 34" suggest 36 band
- 35" - 39" suggest 38 band
- 39" - 41" suggest 40 band
- 42" - 43" suggest 42 band
- 44" - 45" suggest 44 band
In order to verify these measurements - with tape measure around upper bust, high on the back and under the arms, take a snug measurement. That number will be the band size. If it is an odd number, round up to the nearest even number. 2. Cup Size - to find your cup size, measure gently around the body across the high point or fullest point of the bust line while wearing a bra. Subtract the band size from the cup measurement just taken. The difference will help you to find the right cup. A difference of: - 1" Larger indicates A cup
- 2" Larger indicates B cup
- 3" Larger indicates C cup
- 4" Larger indicates D cup
- 5" Larger indicates E cup
- 6" Larger indicates F cup
The common methods for finding your size:
1. Based on the circumference of the torso "underneath the breast line", is indicated which bra size corresponds. This is the Band Size. 2. Bust - Based on the circumference of the breast line, it indicates which size of cup you need. stand up straight, measure at the fullest part, keeping the measuring tape snug but not tight. If you are between sizes, always go up a size. 3. Hips - Based on the circumference of your pelvis, it indicates which panty size you need. Measure around your hips at the widest point, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. If you are between sizes, go up one size. 4. Waist - Bend to your side to find your natural waistline crease. Standing up straight, measure the circumference starting and ending at your belly button.
